We can provide remote support instantly during business hours (and often outside of business hours depending apon availability*).
If you have a serious IT problem, but still have Internet access, we can often assist remotely.

How Much Does It Cost?

If you have a service agreement with us or credit account, we will bill you at the end of the month as usual. However, if this is your first time there will be a one off charge of £65+vat to resolve your problem. You can pay via PAYPAL when you call us.

How to get Remote Support

Click here to install our secure remote support software. We will be unable to access your PC without your username and password.

Then call us on on 0845 0046 999 (option 2) to explain your problem.

We can then [with your permission] access your PC from our office.
